Sr. Business Program Manager experienced in in Sales, Marketing, and Enterprise Support. Background in Enterprise through Small Business customer segments including partner channel management. With over 12 Years at Microsoft and numerous other technology companies in the Northwest and California. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended the University of Maryland. Lived and studied abroad in Munich Germany and Naples Italy. Relocated to Seattle in 1989 with wife and 4 children. Gregg and his wife Cathie are the Parents of Coltin Picard adopted from Russia in 1999. Coltin is severely impacted by Autism. Gregg devotes additional time to other non profits and enjoy cross fit, camping and American football..

Russ spent many years—almost two decades—working for the Boeing Company and another decade at The Pokémon Company International as the Senior Production Director. The entire Foster family is excited and eager to see The Cody Project succeed—to make a difference in the life of a child like the little boy who was almost theirs. “We miss Cody every day,” Russ says, “but his brief time with us was inspirational. Every child deserves a chance to smile. To make a difference in a child’s life is the most rewarding gift anyone could ask for. And I want to make that happen. Cody would smile if he was here to help me.”

A newcomer to the Pacific Northwest, Amy joined The Pokémon Company International's marketing team as the promotions manager in 2015. Originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Amy spent 15 years producing for ESPN, the National Hockey League and Oxygen Sports before putting her creative skills and energy behind marketing efforts for global entertainment companies. A longtime supporter of organizations and foundations that work toward providing comfort and care to those in need, Amy is honored to help raise awareness and funds for the Cody Project.
Seattle native and Garfield High School graduate Colin Palmer is a close friend and colleague of Cody Project’s founder, Russ Foster. Colin brings over two decades of corporate leadership to the foundation. After holding various roles at Nintendo of America, Colin moved to The Pokémon Company International in 2005, where he is currently Vice President of Marketing and Licensing for the kids’ entertainment franchise. An avid traveler and golfer, Colin’s career has taken him around the world with roles in Tokyo and New York City, but he continues to call the Pacific Northwest home. Inspired by Cody’s story, Colin joined the foundation to make a positive impact on kids’ lives and inspire others to do the same. Colin holds a B.A. in Asian Studies from Vassar College.
Russell Bensen has been in the Facilities and Corporate event field for over 20 years. Russell was born and raised in the heart of New York City. He still loves and misses his NY Pizza, a big Boston Celtics fan and makes the best Italian food in Seattle. Russell was transferred from the Pokémon Company office in New York to Seattle about 7 years ago. He is currently the Facilities Manager for The Pokémon Company International and has been with Pokémon for over 10 years. He loves his job especially when he is challenged with big projects and of course planning all the corporate events. Russell and his wife Cathy went thru a tough time when a dear friend of theirs daughter Mikayla passed away in 2013 from AML. Helping with the Cody Project to help kids like Mikayla and helping organize charity events is truly inspiring.
